Pottery by Paul Hacker

Paul is a native of Oklahoma. He is Choctaw/Cherokee, active in the Choctaw tribe. He is a believer in keeping alive Native American artistic traditions, skills, and cultural heritage. Paul meticulously handcrafts traditional Plains Indian flutes, and creates exact replicas of prehistoric and historic Native American Pottery. Each piece of pottery is approximately 10 inches wide and 12 inches high.

A winner of over 150 prestigious awards and honors, Paul Hacker is an award winner with the Smithsonian Institution National Museum of the American Indian. The Paul Hacker 6 hole Plains Indian flutes are hand-crafted from redwood or cedar. They are plain, quilled or beaded. Paul has played 6 hole Plains Indian flutes dating back to the 1880's and his flutes are almost identical in sound. All flutes come with an instruction sheet.

Paul's work has been viewed all over the world in many prestigious exhibitions, galleries and museums including the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian. All flutes, and pottery come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
